Urban road traffic system is made of a number of the intersection of the traffic network and sections, including sections in the whole network occupy a large proportion of playing a big role, and the situation of traffic safety road section is largely about the urban road traffic safety. So the road to traffic safety assessment has its important significance. This paper summarizes the survey and analysis, the influence of urban road traffic safety, and on the analysis of factors urban road traffic safety at home and abroad based on the evaluating methods of selecting Beijing daxing district section as evaluation objects, niche for this section was established, the evaluation index system, from people, vehicles and road, environment and management four evaluation index set based on the analytic hierarchy process (ahp), fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and road traffic conflict technology evaluation method of this section, the traffic safety evaluation, and according to the result puts forward some measures for improving. The empirical result indicates that: the two methods can effectively reflect the situation of traffic safety of this route, obtained satisfactory results.
