To Keep Fit
Being healthy is very important to us. But how to keep fit?
I usually do exercise in the morning and and go to swimming twice a week. Fruit and vegetable are good to our body, so I have them every day. I never go to bed very late
and will be fresh the next day.
Of couse, don't forget smile.
